Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment processes onsite at Two - Ecom Center, Pasay City, Philippines. Night shift role requiring proficiency with ATS and HRIS, strong communication, and meticulous data handling.

You will source candidates via multiple channels, evaluate applications, and collaborate with hiring managers to deliver timely, high-quality hires while adhering to privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment workflows.
• Strong knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and MS Office.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and candidate PII security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across all staffing phases.
• Source qualified candidates via job boards, databases, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Evaluate applications and match profiles to requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver hiring recommendations.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy in HRIS and ATS while ensuring compliance.
