Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Recruiter to implement recruitment strategies for all open positions, source and screen candidates, and collaborate with hiring teams to attract top talent and shape the company culture.

You will manage the ATS/HRIS, draft job descriptions with managers, schedule interviews, extend offers, and help streamline processes while protecting candidate information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in healthcare or similar setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.
• Ability to navigate career websites and job boards.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Highly organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for all assigned vacancies.
• Create and update job descriptions with hiring managers and HR.
• Post positions on ATS and ensure accurate tracking of candidates.
• Schedule interviews using Teams/Outlook.
• Source passive candidates to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Make recommendations on offers and salary ranges.
• May participate in recruitment events and vendor management.
• Assist in process documentation and improvements.
