Job summary

Madison 88 Business Solutions Asia Inc. is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy and timely delivery. You will coordinate SOP/SI, packing lists, packing plans and invoices for multiple accounts and use EDI systems for buyer orders.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with internal and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong shipping knowledge.
• Experience in shipping documentation and logistics is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Chase and review shipping SOP & SI from buyer's logistics; clarify unclear instructions.
• Remind factory for required docs one month before ex-fty date.
• Create shipments plans based on PSR/WIP for major brands and FOB recap for others.
• Chase packing lists 1 month before CRD; review for discrepancies with PSR/WIP/FOB/SOP.
• Prepare packing plans and invoices for buyer's EDI; route for NY approval.
• Book shipments per SOP/SI; coordinate with forwarders for confirmation.
• Prepare COC, Non-COC, Non-Form A and related docs; chase for CO/CCI as needed.
• Obtain delivery notices from forwarders and monitor on-time delivery.
• Review FCR, HBL, AWB; provide approvals or comments to forwarders.
• Update shipment reports to NY and liaise via email/Skype for issues.
