Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support US-bound shipments and supply chain activities. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, liaise with carriers, and ensure timely deliveries from our Philippines operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures, freight terms, and logistics documentation.
• Experience using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, TMS, or similar platforms.
• Experience coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Exposure to inventory management and warehouse operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments for timely delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Prepare shipping documents: bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with international, federal, and local shipping regulations.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain processes.
