Job summary

SalesOrca International Inc. is seeking a Legal Support Attorney (US Litigation Support) based in the Philippines. The role focuses on assisting in the early stages of US litigation, including research, document review, case organization, and administrative support for a California case team.

This is a full-time onsite position in Metro Manila with work during US business hours. The ideal candidate holds a JD, is licensed to practice in the Philippines, and can work independently while meeting

Qualifications

JD degree holder and Philippine Bar licensed.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience in litigation or case preparation is an advantage.
Familiarity with US or California litigation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the initial preparation and development of litigation cases
Conduct legal research related to California and US laws, regulations, and case precedents
Review, organize, and summarize legal documents and evidence
Draft legal correspondence, case summaries, and preliminary legal documents
Prepare chronologies, intake summaries, and supporting case materials
Coordinate and maintain case files and legal documentation
Support the US Litigation Attorney with administrative and legal tasks as needed
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information
