Job summary

SalesOrca International Inc. is seeking a Legal Assistant – Intake Specialist to join our Ortigas, Pasig team. This on-site role supports a U.S.-based law firm, handling client intake, information gathering, and documentation for initial cases.

You will communicate with clients, follow intake procedures, and relay case details to the legal team while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Night shift available with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Legal Management, Political Science, Paralegal Studies, or related field.
• Academic coursework in law or legal studies welcomed.
• Experience in customer service, BPO, sales, legal support, client intake is an advantage but not required.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Able to handle phone calls and communicate professionally with clients.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation skills.
• Willing to learn U.S. legal intake processes.
• Able to work independently following procedures.
• Willing to work night shift and onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, SMS, and email.
• Conduct initial client intake and gather information about the client's situation.
• Ask relevant questions to document basic case details.
• Record client information and case details in systems.
• Keep intake records complete and up to date.
• Relay client information to the legal team as needed.
• Follow established intake procedures and scripts.
• Follow up with prospective clients for additional information.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in interactions.
• Collaborate with the law firm team to ensure efficient intake processes.
