We are currently supporting a U.S.-based law firm in hiring two Paralegals based in the Philippines. The successful candidates will provide litigation support to the firm and work closely with attorneys, clients, and internal staff.
This is a fully remote position supporting a U.S. legal team and requires candidates with prior U.S. legal experience and specific experience supporting Texas litigation.
Assist with drafting and preparing litigation documents.
Support attorneys with day‑to‑day litigation activities.
Manage case deadlines and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Organize and maintain case files, legal documents, and litigation materials.
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, attorneys, and internal staff.
Provide professional and responsive client service.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Apply knowledge of Texas laws, court procedures, and litigation rules.
Support the legal team with other litigation‑related tasks as needed.
Prior U.S. legal experience is required.
Specific experience supporting Texas litigation is required.
Paralegal or legal support experience.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
