Job summary

88Staff Outsourcing, Inc. in the Philippines seeks US Jr/Sr Accountants to support a US-based accounting firm, handling payables, receivables and bank reconciliations. This role acts as the POC for internal stakeholders and collaborates with the finance manager.

The position is full-time, 100% remote with a 4pm–1am PHT shift, Monday to Friday, and welcomes junior and senior accountants. US client experience and proficiency in QBO/Xero are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience using QBO or Xero; Ramp, Bill.com an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with formulas, pivots, and data analysis.
• Strong accounting and customer service skills.
• Effective communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience with US accounting firms or companies is an advantage.
• Must be based in Cebu and nearby areas only.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions in Ramp or Bill.com.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage finance shared mailbox.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain supporting balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare management reports and financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform adhoc accounting and administrative tasks.

JOB SUMMARY

The US Jr/Sr Accountants will support a US-based accounting firm and handle assigned clients from payables, receivables and bank & balance sheet reconciliations, month-end closing and financial reporting. This role will work with the finance manager and serve as POC for internal stakeholders

Salary Range
