88STAFF is an accounting services provider to offshore clients. The US Finance Manager will support a US-based accounting firm and lead client services across payables, receivables, month-end closing and financial reporting.

This role will serve as POC for internal and external stakeholders and will lead a team of accountants to ensure all team deliverables are timely submitted with high level of accuracy. The position offers 100% remote work from Cebu with flexible hours (4pm–1am PHT, Mon–Fri).

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing end-to-end accounting operations.
• Experience working with US-based clients and US GAAP
• Strong attention to detail and project management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• CPA/CMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification required

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the team across clients
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections
• Lead the monthly financial close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements, management and adhoc reports
• Support tax, audit, investor and regulatory compliance requirements
• Provide administrative support to management
