Job summary

TOA Global, a leading global accounting services firm, is hiring a US Junior Tax Accountant in the Philippines for a Monday - Friday night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT). Clark, Cebu, Tarlac, or Manila locations may apply.

You will support US federal and state tax filings under senior guidance and gain exposure to multi-state and estate tax matters. The role requires 1–2 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and familiarity with US tax software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or US-based tax work.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of US tax calendar and filings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare US federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations under senior guidance.
• Coordinate with Philippines-based hub and US onshore team to ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain organized workpapers and audit trails for compliance and reviews.
• Assist with multi-state filings and exposure to estate/trust tax matters.
