SmartScale360 Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Talent Scout to support US-based clients remotely, handling sourcing, screening, and onboarding from anywhere.

You will source candidates on LinkedIn and job boards, conduct interviews in English, manage multiple roles, and keep accurate records.

The role offers PHP 40,000–45,000 per month, 10 days PTO, healthcare benefits, annual appraisal, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment or related fields.
• Experience managing candidates through multiple stages of the recruitment process; full-cycle recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English; comfortable interviewing candidates in English.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, or similar channels.
• Experience screening resumes and evaluating candidates for role fit.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
• U.S. recruitment or staffing experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and talent pipelines.
• Support offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
• Track recruitment activity and hiring progress.
