Job summary

Radius Global Solutions is seeking a Customer Service professional to handle inbound calls for US-based clients from its Manila operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to policies, and 100% attendance.

On-site interviews are conducted to assess suitability. The position requires 6+ months BPO experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft tools, with night shifts aligned to US business hours.

Qualifications

• International inbound customer service experience in an INTERNATIONAL BPO as a CSR.
• Proficient in handling daily inbound calls in a call center.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Must have current valid NBI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inbound calls for a major bank in the US (few outbound calls may be required)
• Attention to detail and customer – first mindset
• 100% attendance & schedule adherence
• Maintain full integrity and comply with all policies of the company
• Participate in call quality feedback and development sessions
• Respond appropriately on every call and complete all the process requirements
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and follow schedules
• Interviews will be conducted on site
