CPA Staffing Partners is hiring for an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join a growing CSR Pioneer Account in Makati. No BPO experience required; comprehensive training is provided and fresh graduates are welcome.

The role involves handling outbound calls, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position offers a night shift schedule (Tuesday to Friday, four days per week) with a competitive salary package up to ₱28,000.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Willing to learn and grow in a customer service career.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers.
• Provide information and support regarding products and services.
• Follow up on customer requests and appointments.
• Deliver excellent customer service on every interaction.
• Record customer feedback and call details accurately.
