Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled recruiter to source and place qualified healthcare professionals for US clients. You'll manage the full candidate lifecycle, from outreach through negotiation of offers.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, leverage ATS, stay updated on US healthcare requirements, and build lasting relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably healthcare.
• Knowledge of US healthcare sector and visa processes.

Job description

What you’ll be doing

• Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions

• Manage candidate relationships throughout the entire recruitment process, providing regular updates and guidance

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties

• Present qualified candidates to US healthcare clients with comprehensive candidate profiles and recommendations

• Negotiate offers, terms, and conditions between candidates and clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements

• Conduct reference and background checks to verify candidate credentials and professional history

• Maintain detailed records of all recruitment activities, candidate interactions, and placement outcomes in our applicant tracking system

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients to support future recruitment needs

• Stay informed about current trends and developments within the US healthcare sector to enhance recruitment strategies

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices, insights, and support on challenging placements

• Meet or exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators as established by management

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or medical industry

• Strong knowledge of the US healthcare sector, including common job roles, qualifications, and industry requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates and clients

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address challenges and close placements

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively

• Familiarity with US employment law, visa sponsorship processes, and licensing requirements relevant to healthcare roles

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Excellent organisational skills and time management capabilities

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred

• Previous experience recruiting for international placements is advantageous
