Job summary

MCM & Associates Inc. is actively hiring an experienced U.S. Healthcare Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter to join our Philippine recruitment team supporting healthcare organizations across the United States.

This role requires strong cold calling, candidate outreach, and direct client engagement, with a focus on Physicians, APPs, and Allied Health professionals. You will operate as a solo recruiter, owning positions from sourcing through placement, with an initial onsite requirement in Ortigas for

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of U.S. recruitment experience is highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting Physicians, APPs, or Allied Healthcare Professionals is preferred.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare recruitment process and provider terminology.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and direct candidate outreach across multiple channels.
• Source and recruit Physicians, APPs, and Allied Healthcare Professionals for U.S. healthcare opportunities.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Conduct detailed phone screenings to assess experience, credentials, and fit.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and CRM records.
• Engage directly with U.S.-based healthcare clients regarding hiring needs and submissions.
