Staffing for Doctors in the Philippines is expanding its offshore recruitment operations. We are seeking PH-based Healthcare Recruiters who manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S. medical practices, with a focus on Medical Virtual Assistants and related roles.

You will lead full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and placement, while meeting tight fulfillment deadlines and maintaining high sourcing standards in a fast-paced contractor role.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, placement and offer negotiation.
• Specialized Sourcing: Source and evaluate PH talent for U.S.-based healthcare roles, focusing on MVAs and related positions.
• Pipeline & Requisition Management: Handle multiple requisitions with aggressive fulfillment timelines.
• Candidate Assessment: Assess English proficiency, technical and soft skills for U.S. outpatient practices.
• System & Data Management: Maintain ATS/CRM and report pipeline health.
