IBEX Global Solutions (Philippines) Inc. seeks a skilled Dispatcher for a night shift on-site in Mandaluyong. You’ll be the nerve center, coordinating technicians with customers and leadership to keep schedules and invoicing flowing smoothly.

Use Service Titan to route work, anticipate challenges, and make quick, clear decisions. You’ll balance customer expectations with technician strengths and drive teamwork and energy in Mission Control every day.

Formación

• Have 2+ years of dispatching/BPO experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services preferred).
• Experience with Service Titan platform.

This will be Work On Site in IBEX Shaw, Mandaluyong and on a Night Shift schedule.

As a Dispatcher, you are the nerve center of our operation.

You'll:

• Coordinate communication between technicians, customers, and leadership

Who We're Looking For
