Job summary

You will provide evening coverage for customers and field technicians, relay accurate information, and ensure swift, high-quality dispatch of incoming orders.

You will assist in data collection and analysis, strive to meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals, record the results of each service call, and maintain professional rapport to promote the Ibex
