Job summary

Nexora Office Support Services is seeking an experienced U.S. Dental Billing Specialist to join our on-site team in Pasay. You will manage end-to-end insurance claim processing for U.S.-based dental practices, reduce aging A/R, and ensure accurate posting and resolution.

The role requires at least 3 years of U.S. dental billing, proficiency with Open Dental or Dentrix, and strong knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, and U.S. policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. dental billing and claims management.
• Proficiency with dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix.
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, and U.S. insurance policies (commercial and Medicaid).
• Experience managing dental accounts receivable and aging reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for professional interactions with U.S. insurers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and process U.S. dental insurance claims.
• Follow up on aging reports with insurers via phone and portals.
• Investigate denials, correct and resubmit with required documentation.
• Review EOBs, audit payments, and track pre-authorizations.
• Maintain detailed billing notes and patient records in the practice management system.
