You will focus on one primary area such as insurance verification, billing follow-up, payment posting, or claims entry while collaborating with the team to keep patient accounts accurate and ensure timely collections. This on-site, full-time US-night-shift role requires strong English, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates or 1–3 years billing experience may apply.
• Experience in dental/medical billing or dental terminology is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site in the Philippines.
• Comfortable calling US insurance companies when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient ledgers.
• Protect confidential patient and financial information.
• Document completed work and next actions clearly.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations.
• Communicate professionally with US dental offices and insurers.
