Qualifications

• Active DDM license in the Philippines.
• Deep knowledge of dental procedures and treatment planning.
• Proficiency with computer systems; Open Dental or Dentrix experience is a strong advantage.
• Working knowledge of dental insurance verification and US CDT coding preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze treatment plans, clinical notes, and diagnostic records to ensure accuracy and procedural clarity.
• Evaluate CDT codes, verify insurance eligibility, and assist administrative teams with clinical justifications for claim approvals.
• Oversee patient record organization, treatment plan coordination, and documentation management within practice software.
• Provide clinical insights and subject-matter training to administrative staff to improve operational accuracy.
• Coordinate professionally with partner U.S. dental offices, clinical teams, and external stakeholders via written and verbal channels.
