Job summary

Nexora Office Support Services is seeking an experienced U.S. Dental Billing Specialist to join our on-site team in Pasay. You will manage end-to-end insurance claim processing for U.S.-based dental practices, reduce aging A/R, and ensure accurate posting and resolution.

The role requires at least 3 years of U.S. dental billing, proficiency with Open Dental or Dentrix, and strong knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, and U.S. policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. dental billing and claims management.
• Proficiency with dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix.
• Strong knowledge of CDT codes, EOBs, and U.S. insurance policies (commercial and Medicaid).
• Experience managing dental accounts receivable and aging reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for professional interactions with U.S. insurers.

Responsibilities

About the role

Nexora Office Support and Services is seeking an experienced U.S. Dental Billing Specialist to join our on-site team. In this role, you will support U.S.-based dental practices by managing the end-to-end insurance claim process, reducing outstanding accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate payment posting and claim resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and process U.S. dental insurance claims accurately
• Monitor aging reports and contact U.S. insurance providers via phone and online portals to follow up on pending, unpaid, rejected, or denied claims
• Investigate claim denials and rejections, make necessary corrections, attach required documentation, and resubmit for reimbursement
• Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), audit insurance payments, and track pre-authorizations/pre-determinations
• Maintain detailed, precise billing notes and patient account records within dental practice management software

About you

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in U.S. dental billing and insurance claims management
• Strong proficiency with dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
• In-depth understanding of CDT codes, dental terminology, EOBs, and U.S. commercial insurance and Medicaid policies
• Demonstrated track record of managing dental Accounts Receivable (A/R) and aging reports
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for professional phone correspondence with U.S. insurance representatives
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in an on-site office setting
