Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a US Client Services Officer to act as the bridge between North American clients and offshore delivery teams. Based in the Philippines, you will manage onboarding, deadlines, and client communications for U.S. CPA firms, while maintaining strict confidentiality and high service standards.

You will work a Monday–Friday night shift onsite in a globally connected accounting support hub, with access to modern facilities and employee wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of administrative experience specifically within a U.S. accounting firm.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client portfolios independently.

Responsibilities

• Primary Client Liaison: main contact for U.S.-based clients; manage daily communications and provide updates.
• Onboarding & Workflow Architecture: coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and hand-off of workflows.
• Operational Oversight: monitor deadlines on accounting, bookkeeping, and tax tasks; ensure accuracy.
• Practice Management Expertise: use Thomson Reuters, CCH, or Intuit Practice Management to track jobs and invoicing.
• Process Improvement: collaborate with tax/accounting teams to improve service delivery and maintain confidentiality.
