Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a US Client Services Officer in the Philippines for a Monday–Friday night shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM PHT). You will bridge North American CPA firms with offshore accounting teams, handling onboarding, deadlines, and client communications with high-touch service.

Responsibilities include primary client liaison, onboarding workflow, operational oversight, and using Thomson Reuters, CCH, or Intuit Practice Management to track jobs, billing, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of administrative experience specifically within a U.S. accounting firm
• Experience managing high-stakes compliance deadlines and complex client documentation
• Strong English communication and attention to detail required

Responsibilities

• Primary Client Liaison: act as main point of contact for U.S.-based clients and manage daily communications
• Onboarding & Workflow Architecture: coordinate end-to-end client onboarding and hand-offs between U.S. stakeholders and offshore teams
• Operational Oversight: monitor progress and deadlines for accounting, bookkeeping, and tax tasks; ensure submissions meet standards
• Practice Management Expertise: use Thomson Reuters, CCH, or Intuit Practice Management to track jobs, billing, and invoicing
• Process Improvement Partnership: work with tax and accounting teams to remove bottlenecks and ensure confidentiality and compliance
