PeoplePartners is seeking an US Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Quezon City on-site during night CST hours. You will manage payments, reconciliations, and queries to keep US client accounts accurate and current.

You’ll work with ERP and accounting software, handle credit card payments, and resolve discrepancies while providing top-notch customer service. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, and strong communication to support timely collections and reporting.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
• Experience researching open balances and payment discrepancies.
• Experience handling duplicate payments, overpayments, credits, and refunds.
• Experience following up on past-due invoices and outstanding balances via email and phone.
• Experience responding to customer AR and payment inquiries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Xero, Sage, Dynamics, or similar.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
• Experience using payment and invoicing platforms.
• Experience navigating banking portals and payment gateways.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Ability to prioritise work, stay organised, document processes, take initiative, and make timely decisions.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Record and accurately apply customer payments in the ERP.
• Process customer credit card payments.
• Investigate unapplied and unidentified payments.
• Research and correct account balances and payment discrepancies.
• Process duplicate payments, overpayments, refunds, and credits.
• Send customer invoices and statements.
• Follow up on past-due invoices via email and phone.
• Respond promptly to AR inquiries.
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain AR records.
• Recommend appropriate accounts for external collections.
• Process bad-debt write-offs when required.
• Monitor payment application, past-due balances, and unapplied AR credits.
• Support established Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) targets.
