Job summary

Concentrix in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced US Accounting Specialist to support US GAAP accounting, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting for US-based clients. The role requires hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience and strong English communication.

You will manage GL, journal entries, AP/AR, accruals, month-end close, and assist with 941/W-2/1099 filings, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting during US business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on US accounting, US GAAP and US payroll.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Familiar with US payroll taxes and forms (941, W-2, 1099).
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills.
• Willing to work fixed Night Shift / US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage GL, journal entries, AP/AR, accruals, reconciliations, month/year-end close.
• Process end-to-end US payroll and 1099 payments; assist filings.
• Support federal/state tax compliance and payments reconciliations.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• US Accounting & Ledger: Manage GL, journal entries, AP/AR, accruals, account reconciliations, and month/year-end closing.
• US Payroll & Tax Compliance: Process end-to-end US payroll and 1099 contractor payments; support Forms 941, 940, W-2, W-3, and 1099 filings.
• US Tax & Payments: Support federal/state tax compliance, sales tax, and payment processor reconciliations (chargebacks, refunds, fees).
• Financial Reporting: Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements with high accuracy and strict deadline adherence.
