Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Senior Accountant (QBO ProAdvisor) to deliver high-level accounting support, QBO troubleshooting, and bookkeeping guidance for global clients. The role emphasizes accurate reconciliations, technical QBO guidance, and clear communication with international stakeholders.

You will collaborate with US-based professionals and business owners, ensuring quality financial reporting while supporting month-end close processes and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, full-cycle accounting, or client accounting support.
• Active Intuit QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• QBO Accounting Support & Advisory: provide expert guidance on QBO workflows, bank feeds, COA setup, and financial reporting.
• Complex Reconciliations & Closing: resolve discrepancies, manage GL entries, reconcile bank/credit card activity, assist month-end close.
• System & Integration Support: troubleshoot QBO app integrations and data migration issues.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: engage with U.S.-based accounting professionals, SMB owners, and internal teams.
