ROLE SUMMARY

Caldwell Communications is hiring an Insurance CSR Davao to join our customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers with policy inquiries, coverage details, claims support, billing concerns, and account updates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to insurance products and services


• Assist customers with policy information, coverage inquiries, claims support, billing concerns, and account updates


• Explain insurance products, benefits, and available services clearly and accurately


• Process customer requests while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry guidelines


• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently


• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in the system


• Escalate complex policy, claims, or account-related concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary


• Meet established quality, productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate


• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written


• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities


• Basic computer proficiency and multitasking skills


• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
