Job summary

AXA Philippines is seeking a capable leader to build and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors, initiating programs to boost performance and driving lead generation from diverse sources.

The role requires managing field activities, conducting needs analyses for clients, and ensuring targets are met, with flexibility in work hours and location. Training and licensing commitments are expected.

Qualifications

• College graduate in any field
• Must possess managerial experience for at least 3 years
• Must be assertive, self-driven and competitive
• Must possess a laptop or ipad with a stable internet connection
• Must be willing to attend trainings, meetings and accomplish licensing requirements
• Strong social media presence is an advantage
• Candidates with experience in the insurance industry are highly preferred but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team of financial advisors
• Initiate programs and strategies that will help the team perform better
• Generate leads of potential clients and advisors from various sources
• Conduct joint field work and feedback sessions for the team
• Conduct financial needs analysis for clients and be able to recommend the best financial solution
• Ensure to hit and exceed performance metrics
