As an Insurance Planner (Financial Advisor), you will guide clients in building financial security by offering tailored insurance and investment solutions. This role combines financial planning, client engagement, and sales development, with opportunities for career growth and unlimited earning potential.
Client Engagement – Meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand financial goals and build long-term relationships.
Financial Planning – Assess client needs and design strategies for retirement, education, estate planning, and wealth management.
Insurance & Investment Solutions – Recommend AXA’s life, health, savings, and investment products aligned with client objectives.
Sales Development – Prospect new clients, achieve sales targets, and qualify for commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Ongoing Support – Provide after-sales service, policy renewals, and claims assistance while monitoring client progress.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Finance, Business, or Economics preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Passion for sales and client service.
Willingness to obtain and maintain an Insurance Commission license.
