Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through personal networks, referrals, social media, events, and other lead-generation activities.
• Conduct client meetings and needs-based financial discussions to understand clients' goals and priorities.
• Present and explain insurance, protection, savings, and other available financial solutions clearly and professionally.
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on the client's needs, financial goals, and situation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist clients throughout the application and policy process and provide after-sales service.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage leads to support business growth.
• Meet individual sales and activity goals while following company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend required training, coaching sessions, meetings, and company activities.
