Job summary

HRTX is seeking a leadership-driven professional to head a team of insurance advisors in the Philippines. The role involves coaching, performance management, and strategic execution to meet sales and service targets across Quezon City and Makati in a hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in business or finance, 3–5 years in insurance sales or related leadership, and strong communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in insurance sales or related leadership role with targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulatory requirements; licenses are a plus.
