Job summary

Xurpas Enterprise in Taguig, Philippines seeks an experienced UC engineer to support Microsoft Teams environments, Direct Routing, and SBC health. You will troubleshoot MS Teams Telephony, Cisco IPT, and oversee Direct Routing configurations, SBC health, and end-to-end call flows.

The role covers MS Teams Rooms (MTR) and legacy systems like Skype for Business. The ideal candidate has hands-on SBC expertise (Sonus/Ribbon and Cisco), deep IP Telephony knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Deep experience with Microsoft Teams Infrastructure, Direct Routing, and MTR.
Hands-on experience with Sonus (Ribbon) and Cisco SBCs.
Strong knowledge of legacy Cisco Voice, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center (WxCC).
Solid understanding of Enterprise IP Telephony, SIP signaling, and complex call routing logic.

Responsibilities

Investigate and solve technical glitches across multiple components of the organization's communication ecosystem.
Manage and optimize MS Teams Telephony and Cisco IPT environments.
Support Direct Routing configurations and maintain SBC (Session Border Controller) health.
Monitor and troubleshoot end-to-end call flows, transfers, and connectivity issues.
Provide technical oversight for Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and legacy systems like Skype for Business (SfB).
