Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Unified Communications, Voice Engineering, Collaboration Engineering, or ICT Project Delivery roles.
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent in IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering cloud collaboration and voice transformation projects.
- Experience implementing Webex Calling or comparable UC platforms.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of cloud collaboration and unified communications solutions focusing on Webex Calling and SIP integrations.
- Design, provisioning, testing, deployment, migration, and post-implementation support.
- Lead migrations and cutovers with operational handover to support teams.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, vendors, and customer stakeholders throughout delivery lifecycle.
