Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Service Desk UC Engineer / Cisco Voice Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd-line support for Unified Communications across a multi-vendor environment. The role focuses on incident resolution, MACs, and monitoring, with 100% work-from-home setup and a 6:30 AM–3:30 PM Philippine Time schedule aligned to Australian business hours.

You will support platforms including Zoom, AWS Connect, Genesys, and Webex Contact Center, and collaborate with senior engineers to grow capabilities

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of experience supporting Cisco UC/CC platforms (CUCM, Webex, Webex Contact Center).
• Solid understanding of core UC/CC concepts (SIP, dial plans, call routing, PSTN, voicemail, IVR, queues).
• Clear, client-facing communication and ability to explain technical issues in plain terms.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests for UC and CC platforms.
• Perform routine administration: user provisioning, number assignment, call queue/configuration, handset deployment.
• Monitor UC/CC health and escalate anomalies before impact.
• Log, triage, and prioritize tickets in line with SLAs; keep clients updated.
