Job Overview

Job type: full‑time. Work style: hybrid. The position is located in Eastwood, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time. Training period of 15 to 30 days is fully in office.

What You Will Do

• Process insurance submissions including new business, renewals, endorsements.
• Handle cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage changes.
• Request and manage loss runs from carriers.
• Prepare certificates of insurance and policy documents.
• Maintain trackers and follow up on pending items.
• Coordinate with Australian underwriters and brokers via email.

Senior Analyst Responsibilities

• Handle escalations and review junior work for quality.
• Drive process improvements and liaise directly with onshore underwriting teams.

Requirements

• Analyst: 1–3 years of experience. Senior Analyst: 2–5 years of experience.
• Australian P&C insurance experience is required.
• Additional U.S. P&C background is a plus but U.S. only with no Australian experience is not acceptable.
• Background in policy servicing, policy administration, or underwriting support.
• Knowledge of commercial lines—General Liability, Property, Umbrella, Workers Compensation, Motor.
• Good written English and Excel skills.
• Detail‑oriented.
• Nationality: Philippines.
