Job summary

YML Group Outsource Manila Inc. seeks a detail-focused Claims Assistant to support the offshore claims team on the full lifecycle—from lodgement to record keeping and correspondence. You will work with Australian colleagues and contribute to Professional Indemnity claims expertise.

You will register new claims, verify coverage, request information, and maintain accurate files using HubSpot and other systems. The role requires English fluency, attention to detail, and a stable work history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of insurance claims administration or processing experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate with professionals such as doctors.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Register new claims and set up claim files; verify policy coverage against documents.
• Request and follow up on information from insureds, brokers, doctors, and third parties.
• Record enquiries, requests, and communications in HubSpot and claims system.
• Prepare claim correspondence, file notes, acknowledgements and updates for review.
• Maintain diaries, logs, and reports to progress files within service standards.
• Communicate with doctors and clients by phone and email as role grows.
• Handle sensitive information with care and discretion.
