Job summary

OceanaGold (Philippines) Inc. seeks a qualified Mobile Maintenance Superintendent to lead underground mobile equipment maintenance at the Didipio operations in the Philippines.

You will deliver strategic maintenance plans and drive technical improvements while ensuring safe execution of critical activities. Reporting to the Asset Maintenance Manager, you will develop asset management plans, mentor teams, and push continuous improvement across the mine's heavy mobile fleet, fostering an

Qualifications

• Be able to secure a company-sponsored work visa.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar underground role with cross-cultural leadership.
• Proven front-line leadership driving asset improvement initiatives.
• Strong safety, risk management and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI and CMMS systems (PRONTO/JDE/SAP).

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for all underground mobile equipment at Didipio operations.
• Develop and implement asset management plans aligned with mining strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement and safe, efficient maintenance execution.
• Coach teams, set performance expectations and ensure accountability.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve complex maintenance issues.
• Monitor asset data trends to predict lifespans of heavy mobile fleet.
