Job summary

OceanaGold Corporation is seeking a qualified and motivated Mobile Maintenance Superintendent to safely lead underground mobile equipment maintenance at the Didipio mine in the Philippines. Reporting to the Asset Maintenance Manager, you will deliver the strategic maintenance plan and drive technical improvements while ensuring safe execution of critical maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Be able to secure a company-sponsored work visa.
• Mechanical Trade/Training Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar internationally based UG role with cross-cultural management capabilities.
• Demonstrated frontline leadership driving asset improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities for all underground mobile equipment at Didipio operations.
• Deliver strategic maintenance plan and drive technical improvements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety culture.
• Coach and develop the maintenance team and drive performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve complex issues affecting maintenance strategies.
• Monitor asset data trends for accurate lifespan predictions on heavy mobile fleet assets.
