• Practical experience in mine planning and underground mining operations.
• Experience with tunnel development, production monitoring, and equipment utilization.
• Familiar with mining laws, safety regulations, and environmental permits.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and implement mine plans, production schedules, and mining methods based on geological information and site conditions.
• Supervise underground mining activities, including tunnel development, drilling, blasting, excavation, and ore extraction.
• Monitor daily mining production, ore extraction, hauling, and material handling to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with geologists, mine supervisors, surveyors, and technical personnel to identify ore zones and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate mining equipment, machinery, labor requirements, and resources to optimize productivity.
• Monitor tunnel stability, ground conditions, and mining layouts with technical personnel.
• Prepare production reports, mine plans, operational records, cost estimates, and other technical documentation.
• Develop and implement measures to improve mining efficiency and minimize mineral losses.
• Ensure compliance with mining permits, environmental requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and identify operational hazards, implementing safety measures.
