Job summary

Eon Technik Co. Limited is seeking an on-site supervisor in Cebu to oversee extraction activities including blasting, drilling, loading and hauling to meet production targets while maintaining quality.

The role requires 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree, with responsibilities spanning safety, team supervision, coordination with maintenance, and environmental compliance. This is a full-time position at a Cebu site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate extraction activities—blasting, drilling, loading, hauling, crushing to meet production targets while safeguarding quality.
• Ensure a strong safety culture: toolbox talks, hazard identifications, permit-to-work checks, and compliance with MSHA/OSHA/OHS rules.
• Schedule, assign, and supervise a team of operators, drillers, blasters, mechanics, and laborers; include crew training and performance feedback.
• Read and interpret mining/quarry site plans, blueprints, and geological data; adjust workflow plans accordingly.
• Manage equipment maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs; report breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance staff.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, daily reporting, and production analysis; tag downtime and materials usage.
• Liaise with head office, clients, regulators, and handle environmental monitoring and permit compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and collaborating with engineering and planning teams.
