• Mine Design & Planning: Design and plan mining operations, considering resource extraction, environmental factors, and safety requirements.
• Resource Evaluation: Conduct geological surveys and evaluations to determine the size, shape, and location of mineral deposits.
• Safety Management: Implement and monitor safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety in the mine.
• Operational Management: Supervise daily mining operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of mining equipment and machinery to ensure operational continuity.
• Environmental Compliance: Monitor and ensure environmental standards are met, including managing waste, emissions, and land reclamation.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, manage, and train teams of workers to ensure high performance and adherence to safety practices.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of mining activities, including production, costs, and incident reports.
