Responsibilities

• Integral member of the operations team overseeing development and completion of the project.
• Organize, monitor and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
• Maximize utilization and cost-effectiveness of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within the mine site.
• Conduct regular toolbox meetings/peptalks with the team to detect and resolve operational, safety and personnel problems.
• Maintain records of daily activities.
• Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
