Job summary

TASQ in Quezon City is seeking an experienced PMO professional to support project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure timely milestones and deliverables. This onsite role aligns with UK time and involves maintaining governance artifacts and performance dashboards.

You will prepare status and MIS reports, ensure compliance with governance standards, and coordinate with stakeholders while overseeing resource tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and system access administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of PMO experience.
• Experience in project planning, coordination, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking to ensure timely milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting records, and governance artifacts with proper version control.
• Prepares status reports, dashboards, and MIS reports to provide project performance visibility.
• Ensures compliance with project governance standards, risk management, audits, and change control processes.
• Coordinates with stakeholders while managing resource tracking, financial reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and system access administration.
