Job summary

Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking an experienced Project Manager/PMO professional. The role focuses on coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, and delivering governance-ready reports for management review.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in PMO, strong stakeholder management, and is ready to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris with shifting UK-time schedules. Immediate availability is preferred and interviews are virtual.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management / PMO.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in preparing reports, dashboards, and MIS.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules aligned with UK time.
• Willing to undergo WFM Assessment.
• Amenable to start ASAP.
• Virtual hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and monitoring to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and governance files with proper version control.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, MIS reports, and other project updates for management review.
• Monitor project risks, issues, action items, and changes meeting governance standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and timely requirements.
• Assist in resource tracking, financial reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and system access administration.
• Support project audits, change control, and other governance activities.
• Track project progress and follow up with stakeholders on pending deliverables.
