Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, sales invoices and receipts through Dext.
• Maintain ledgers within QuickBooks Online and perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare journals including payroll journals at month end.
• Verify CIS records and prepare CIS returns and deductions.
• Prepare VAT returns under various schemes and ensure MTD compliance.
• Respond to client queries and maintain communication logs.
• Use Engager and other apps while keeping Light Work data policies.
