Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support UK and Netherlands entities from the Philippines. You will perform bank reconciliations, process supplier invoices, manage receivables, and ensure VAT compliance across UK/EU rules using Xero.

Maintain meticulous electronic audit trails, assist with month-end tasks, and provide ad-hoc reporting to the Finance Director. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across two legal entities are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping or assistant accountant experience.
• Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with UK/EU VAT guidelines and invoice compliance.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations for two entities (UK and Netherlands).
• Process supplier invoices and manage customer invoices.
• Reconcile payments and ledgers; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready electronic records and support month-end.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting for the Finance Director.
