Job summary

Cosy Hauz is seeking a Property Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations of a UK portfolio, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and occupancy for residential, commercial, and serviced accommodations.

You will coordinate tenancy administration, manage relationships with tenants and contractors, and support property launches with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years UK residential property management experience.
• Experience managing tenancy administration and landlord/tenant relations.
• Knowledge of UK housing legislation and compliance.
• Experience coordinating contractors and suppliers for property services.
• Experience managing multiple properties and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, ClickUp, and cloud-based systems.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a UK property portfolio (residential, commercial, serviced accommodation).
• Build relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors, and stakeholders; ensure high service standards.
• Coordinate tenancy administration: move-ins/outs, renewals, inspections, deposits, and docs.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, contractor coordination, and compliance across properties.
• Monitor property compliance: certifications, inspections, legal requirements.
• Manage utilities, council tax, property records, and admin tasks.
• Support serviced accommodation operations: bookings, guest communications, housekeeping, payments.
• Maintain records and reports; support cross-department launches and projects.
