Job summary

Knight Frank is seeking a Property Officer (Residential) to oversee daily maintenance and operations for assigned properties in a fast-paced environment. You will manage contractor relationships, inspections, and tenant communications to ensure top-condition spaces and compliant operations.

The role emphasizes solution-oriented property management, collaboration with the operations team, and participation in meetings such as councils and AGMs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing residential or mixed development properties is preferred.
• Familiarity with Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and operations of assigned properties to keep them in good condition.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and health compliance.
• Monitor development projects to stay on schedule and quality standards.
• Address tenant and resident issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with contractors on preventive measures and maintenance resolutions.
• Prepare quotations, reports, and payments for repairs and renovations.
• Support and attend council meetings and AGMs as part of the operations team.
