Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or completed at least 2 years in college
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a US or UK banking/financial account within a contact center environment
• Experience in any of the following areas:
• Banking
• Collections
• Other related financial services functions
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with international customers
• Comfortable working onsite and on shifting schedules
